A. San Po Kong Bakery address: Room C, 7/F, Wong King Industrial Building, 2-4 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong (cake pick-up time: Monday to Saturday 12:30-19:30)
B. Diamond Hill and San Po Kong Areas (Cake delivery time: Monday to Saturday 12:30-19:30)
*Such as delivery outside the designated time or other special delivery services, a surcharge may be required, please contact our store staff for enquiries. *
Areas include:
Panlong Court, Galaxy Mingju, Caiyi Garden, Yugangwan, Hollywood Shopping Mall, Diamond Hill Station
Dayou Street, Shuangxi Street, Sanzhu Street, Simei Street, Wufang Street, Liuhe Street, Qibao Street, Bada Street, Jingfu Street, Mikiki, Yanqing Street, Juelu Street, Jinrong Street, Kangqiang Street, Yilun Street, etc. do not include the School Village and Fushan Village areas.
C. Tsim Sha Tsui store address: G/F, 43 Granville Road (Cake pick-up time: Monday to Sunday 13:00-21:00)
D. Delivery to the destination ground floor (Available delivery time: Monday to Saturday 12:30-19:30)
Things to note:
*Delivery does not include door-to-door delivery, and needs to be picked up downstairs.
*All cakes will come with a piece of dry ice.
*If you choose to pick up the cake yourself, it is recommended that guests bring their own thermal bags.
You are reminded that:
- Once the order is placed, all fees (including shipping costs, if applicable) will not be refunded under any circumstances; if the order is temporarily canceled, all fees in the order will be forfeited and the shipped goods will be returned to Valérie. If you have special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.
- In the event of the following bad weather/special circumstances, the delivery service may be affected, delayed or canceled. Our company shall be subject to the current arrangements of the transportation company; for self-pickup customers, please pay attention to the opening hours of the day, or call/WhatsApp/Signal in advance for enquiry.
