With our love for baked pastries, we resolutely gave up our stable jobs in Michelin-level restaurants and founded Valérie in 2014, determined to bring the joy of sweet tasting to everyone.

From creation to selecting raw materials, to constantly improving recipes, and then baking each piece of cake, we insist on doing everything by ourselves. Because of this, the signature palmier and Mid-Autumn Mooncakes, which are freshly baked by hand every day, are all available in limited quantities.

We strongly believe that only by making food with heart can we show our respect to every customer!

We insist on setting up our own bakery in Hong Kong. Every piece of palmier, cookie and egg roll is baked freshly every day without adding any preservatives. Storage of raw materials, baking, packaging, etc. are all completed in the bakery.
