-The goods marked [self-pickup recommended] are fragile goods. If delivery is required, the customer must bear the relevant transportation risks.
1. The fastest pick-up date is the 3rd working day after the order is placed, depending on the stock of product supply (For example: if the order is completed on [Monday], the fastest pick-up date is [Thursday])
2. Please present the relevant email or pickup SMS to the staff when collecting your order. Please check the contents of the products carefully. If you find any missing or damaged items, please notify the staff immediately for replacement. Once the products leave the store, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
3. Please try to collect your order on the scheduled date. If the pick-up date specified by the customer has passed and the customer has been unable to be contacted for multiple times, in order to protect the quality of the product, the company may cancel the order without any compensation.
4. Each order is only allowed for one pickup. The staff will record the in the order system after the pickup. Any person who presents the relevant email or SMS for pickup will be considered authorized by the purchaser to collect the order and agrees to the use of their personal information.
5. In case of any dispute, the store reserves the right of final decision. The store reserves the right to make changes to the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
1. Free delivery service is not applicable to the "Gift/Souvenir" series. If you request delivery, please leave a message to enquire with the staff).
2. If delivery is required for orders less than HK$600, a shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged according to the order.
3. If you need delivery at a designated time period or date or other special arrangements, please indicate it in the order notes and we will try our best to arrange it for the customer.
4. Each order is only applicable to one delivery location. If you need to add more delivery locations, please contact us (an additional HK$80 will be charged for each extra delivery location)
5. The third-party transportation company will call the customer one day before/on the day of delivery. Please ensure that you have filled in the correct contact number and keep the phone available during delivery.

Store Pickup
1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning signal or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above during opening hours, all stores will be closed within 2 hours.
2. If the Black Rainstorm Warning signal is canceled by the Hong Kong Observatory before 4:00 PM on a business day, or if the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is canceled, all stores will resume operations within 3 hours. Please closely monitor the latest announcements from our store.
3. If the Black Rainstorm Warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still in effect by 4:00 PM on a business day, all stores will remain closed for the day.
4. Customers who are unable to pick up their items on the scheduled day due to inclement weather will have their pickup date extended by 1 day.
Delivery Service
1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a pre-announcement of a Black Rainstorm Warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, delivery services will be gradually suspended.
2. Due to weather conditions, orders scheduled for delivery on the day will be postponed to the following day. Orders scheduled for delivery on the following day may also experience delays.
Please note that these arrangements are subject to the instructions and announcements of the Hong Kong Observatory and may be subject to change. It is advisable to stay updated with the latest information provided by our store.
-The Company reserves the right to modify and amend the selling prices, delivery charges as well as online shopping terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
-In case of any disputes or delivery changes, our store will have the final decision. If there are any changes to the above details, our store will not notify the customers separately.
-Customers can also visit San Po Kong Bakery/Tsim Sha Tsui store to purchase products in person. It is recommended to contact us 1-2 hours before arrival to confirm the opening hours and product availability on the day.
