1. Please present the relevant email or pickup SMS to the staff when collecting your order. Please check the contents of the products carefully. If you find any missing or damaged items, please notify the staff immediately for replacement. Once the products leave the store, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Please try to collect your order on the scheduled date. We can store the reserved items for up to 5 days (e.g., if you choose to pick up on Sept 6th, the latest pickup date is Sept 10th). After the pickup date has passed, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for the products.
3. Each order is only allowed for one pickup. The staff will record the in the order system after the pickup. Any person who presents the relevant email or SMS for pickup will be considered authorized by the purchaser to collect the order and agrees to the use of their personal information.
4. In case of any dispute, the store reserves the right of final decision. The store reserves the right to make changes to the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
1. If the order does not meet the specified amount for free delivery, the relevant delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout. For additional delivery addresses, please inquire about the associated delivery charges from our staff.
2. The recipient should be available during the selected delivery period (2 days) for receiving the order. If there are any special arrangements, please specify them in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

3. The delivery service is handled by a third-party logistics company, and the transportation risk is borne by the recipient. To minimize the risk of product damage, we do not use SF Express for transportating products and we would not provide delivery tracking numbers.
4. The third-party logistics company will call the customer one day prior to or on the day of delivery. Please ensure that the correct contact number is provided and keep your phone available during the delivery period.
5. Local delivery service is limited to designated areas within Hong Kong and does not include outlying islands (Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Lantau Island), restricted areas, areas with special road controls, and areas where trucks are prohibited.
6. For certain addresses such as village houses, walk-up buildings, hospitals, schools, etc., where the elevator cannot reach or free parking for delivery is not available, delivery arrangements will be made at the village entrance, lobby, or ground floor, depending on the situation.
7. If the recipient requests to have the goods collected or left outside by the management office, and any missing items or unsatisfactory conditions of the goods occur, the recipient will be responsible, and the related products cannot be replaced or refunded.
8. If the recipient is unable to receive the ordered goods on the scheduled delivery date due to sudden circumstances or insufficient information provided for the delivery address, the recipient will bear the responsibility for the delayed delivery.
The store reserves the right to charge additional delivery and related fees.
9. Please check the contents of the products immediately upon receipt. If any missing or damaged items are found, please keep the delivery packaging, delivery order, and products, and take clear photos of the relevant content. Contact our staff promptly for handling and follow-up.
10. Due to weather conditions, road traffic situations, and delivery route arrangements on the day of delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
11. In case of any disputes or changes to the delivery, the store reserves the right of final decision and the right to refuse delivery. The store reserves the right to make changes to the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
Store Pickup
1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning signal or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above during opening hours, all stores will be closed within 2 hours.
2. If the Black Rainstorm Warning signal is canceled by the Hong Kong Observatory before 4:00 PM on a business day, or if the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is canceled, all stores will resume operations within 3 hours. Please closely monitor the latest announcements from our store.
3. If the Black Rainstorm Warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still in effect by 4:00 PM on a business day, all stores will remain closed for the day.
4. Customers who are unable to pick up their items on the scheduled day due to inclement weather will have their pickup date extended by 1 day.
Delivery Service
1. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a pre-announcement of a Black Rainstorm Warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, delivery services will be gradually suspended.
2. Due to weather conditions, orders scheduled for delivery on the day will be postponed to the following day. Orders scheduled for delivery on the following day may also experience delays.
