Belgian Cacao Cookies

Premium Belgian cacao is carefully selected to create our cookies, imbuing them with the most intense and captivating cacao flavor. 

Setting them apart from typical sweet and heavy cocoa cookies, we purposefully incorporate trehalose, 

offering a lighter sweetness without compromising the rich cocoa taste.

The cookie offers a light texture while maintaining a rich cocoa flavor. 

Its sweetness is perfectly balanced, allowing you to enjoy as many as you want without feeling overwhelmed.

Signature Original Palmier

The unique crispy texture comes from 100% New Zealand's premium butter. The repeated folding creates distinct layers, 

while the extremely thin layered pastry brings about the truly light and crispy texture of the palmier.
