The Italian hazelnuts are finely ground into paste and added into the cookies. 
With each bite, you could experience a delightful sensation in your mouth - 
the rich aroma of hazelnuts blending harmoniously with the creamy French butter.

The texture is crispy and delicate, offering you a pleasurable experience with every bite.

Carefully selected French butter
Valérie cookies are enriched with premium French Normandy butter, 
which holds the esteemed AOP certification for its exceptional aging and fermentation process. 
This imparts a unique creamy aroma and a satisfyingly crispy texture to the cookies.

To achieve the AOP certification, the butter is made exclusively from pure milk sourced from the Calvados region in France. 
Stringent regulations govern the traditional production methods, including precise control over fermentation time and temperature.

Regular inspections are conducted annually to ensure compliance with the AOP standards, 
guaranteeing the production of the finest quality butter in the region.
