Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Egg Yolk - 8pcs Gift Box


The combination of egg yolk and white lotus seed paste breaks away from the perception of overly sweet traditional mooncakes!


We've specially grinded the traditional whole salted egg yolks into a smooth filling to reduce the viscous texture of egg yolks.


We use moderately sweet and refreshing white lotus seed paste to make the mooncake.

This helps to maintain the fragrance of egg yolk but reduces the greasy mouthfeel of it.

Using 100% butter in production.

No margarine, shortening or lard.
