Specially added with New Zealand's top grade butter, each piece of butterfly puff pastry is crispier and more delicious!

Unique “Crush” taste
Different from the dry and tough texture commonly found in palmier on the market, 
Valérie's palmier emphasizes a "crispy" texture. 

Made with unbleached wheat flour, the flaky pastry is meticulously folded by hand, layer by layer. 
The repeated folding creates distinct layers, 
while the extremely thin layered pastry brings about the truly light and crispy texture of the palmier. 
With each bite, you immediately hear the "crunch" of the crispy and delightful flavor!

At the same time, based on the traditional production of palmier, 
the method and size of the palmier have been repeatedly adjusted,
