We carefully selected plump and flavorful red beans and Xinhui dried tangerine peel.

By combining them, we create a red bean filling which is rich and sweet but not overwhelming.

In addition, we have improved the egg yolk filling by grinding the whole salted egg yolks to create a smooth and creamy texture.
