We carefully selected Taiwanese taro, which is steamed and mashed into a smooth taro paste. 
The filling is made by grinding the whole salted egg yolks into a creamy texture, offering a savory and delicate taste.

Combining the rich taro paste with the salted egg yolk filling, along with the aroma of butter in the mooncake crust, 
which makes the mooncake irresistible!
